New street light is faulty

Light was replaced yesterday. Stayed on until about 9.45pm and then was out all night.

Definitely not fixed - please see photo taken 5 minutes ago.
As light didn’t make it through the first night after installation can I check that it will be repaired by the contractors under warranty?
Please can we have an idea of when this will be fixed as 6 weeks since fault reported and wrongly closed down.
