A big Metal frame for Advertising is hanging due to the strong winds last week. Many kids walking by everyday. Please investigate as a matter of priority. Many thanks, DT

Still no action from BCC.
Apparently it is on the highway system as ref:16731 Its seems reticence on the part of BCC employees to treat this as dangerous even though it is very close to a primary school is the reason it has not been escalated so that either the contractor, developer or BCC will clear it up!
