Steep grass bank

Reported in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 18:09, Thu 2 May 2019

Hi, There is a very steep grass bank between the road and pavement which we have to walk down to get to our house when parking. I have slipped down it before in the wet, today i got out of the car and it had not been raining but just started and i slipped and hurt myself. I am 32 weeks pregnant so this is very frightening. There is not any steps close to the steep bank by our house (number 13 Downman Road). Please can some steps be installed to make getting down the embankment safer? there is an elderly couple 2 doors up who i have also seen struggle a few times with the hill. There is also a deep hole in the grass which is easy to fall into if you do not see it. I feel that it is really unsafe. we would really appreciate your help in this matter, urgently if possible. Many Thanks.
