Sunken drain cover causes car to ground. Also 'pulls' vehicle left.

Sent to Bristol City Council 1 hour, 23 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1622901.
Where Hotwells Road becomes Rownham Mead (A4 Westbound, near Marcruss Outdoors Store).
I drove over this sunken drain a number of months ago in a 4x4 and it seemed to be just a little bumpy as drains sometimes are.
I drove through Hotwells last week in my Golf R (which has stock sports suspension) at approximately 15-20 mph. The result was it pulled the car slightly left and under the drivers door was grounded (causing £234.00 damage to the body work).
As you will see in the photo due to the nature of the road not everyone allows enough space to avoid the drain cover. Please do something about this asap!
