Dropped Kerb Stone and Pothole by Drain Hole Email 26/02/2020. I attach photographs of the above. The Dropped Kerbstone is outside No. 48 Dongola Road. The dropped Kerbstone was reported in May 2019 (Ref Wayne). The dropped Kerbstone was reported in May 2019 (Ref Wayne). The pothole is a very dangerous one. It is outside No. 89A Ashley down road. I was forced into it by traffic this afternoon and the shock was severe. I had the car inspected for MoT last week and will take it back to have it checked. If there is any damage to the nearside front suspension or tyre I will have no other recourse to claim for damages.
