Gully grate is sticking up

Following the recent road surface the gully grid at the end of St Michaels park, near junc with St Michaels hill, is sticking out around an inch, please arrange for repositioning and cleaning of the stones etc

The gully grid is sticking up more than an inch. It is a trip hazard. The grid appears to have been placed the wrong way round in its frame, judging by old yellow lines paint.
