This concrete slab is in the middle of the road at the edge of the ramp between the tarmac area and paved area of street with no pavements between the sides of houses 14 and 20 - facing number 17.

  • Although your workers have been round and sprayed white paint, since then the concrete is crumbling with chunks coming away in the road now August 17th.
