Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1629080.
Hi, over the last 6 months the roads and pavements have been torn apart by the increased level of traffic and heavy goods trucks using all of the roads to get to the housing development on Richeson close. I really like the houses being build however I’m also very concerned about trip hazards as the area has children and elderly people that use the pavements. Is there a plan to re-surface the roads and pavements when the houses are complete?

I have an eye problem as I'm am nearly seventy and am finding walking down the stretch of road from satchfield to richeson very challenging to to the uneven pavement and uneven kerbs so I have to walk on the grass or the road, I have lost my balance a few times on this pavement but luckily have not gone over yet. The houses are now finished how long will the refurbishment of the pavements take.
