Street name plates to be reallocated

Two street name plates on corner outside 64 burchells avenue are letting people get into the garden of this premises because of the way they are positioned. The citizen reported this issue 2 years ago and nothing has been done about it. Would it be possible to contact the citizen to let him know if reallocation is possible at all please?Many thanks.
