Obscured and damaged 30mph signs junction Kingsweston Road and Fernhill Lane
Reported in the Road Signage category by Wendy Hull at 21:53, Wed 22 May 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1637556.
For some weeks now the 30mph sign on Kingsweston Road at the junction with Fernhill Lane has been almost invisible. It is covered in algae and has foliage in front of it. Also the 30mph sign on the opposite side of the road at the entrance to Fernhill Lane has possibly been hit by a vehicle and is facing the wrong direction. Kingsweston Road is a dangerous road at the best of times and speeding is a daily occurrence, so for speed signs to be obscured in this way only helps exacerbate the situation.
