Unauthorised traveller encampment & anti-social behaviour

Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 22:17, Sunday 26 May 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

About 8 vehicles arrived on the middle of Highridge Common BS13 8AB on Saturday 25th May. An unauthorised caravan encampment has been set up with lorries and cars parking on the Common. Every evening the residents have been playing loud music, fighting, shouting and using abusive language, disturbing local residents. The site is now a mess with piles of rubbish, causing a health hazard for local children and adults who use the area. We would like the residents to park legally, the site cleaned and tidied up, and the Common returned to the people again before the end of the weekend, so that it can be used on the bank holiday. Thank you for your help.
