Lorry demolished "Gas Lamp" Conservation area require replacement with like Last time took two years to get it replaced thanks to Council mess up

Sent to Bristol City Council 14 hours, 25 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1649008.
Gas lamp smashed, no street lighting very dark area, last time this happened we got an electric light, but it took nearly two years to get a replacement Gas Lamp, Don't want a repeat!

Still no sign of a replacement. Told maintenance engineer, (Gas lamps), of redundant cast iron stand just beyond Wickham Court in lane but no progress. Surely the lorry insurers should foot bill for replacement, isn't that what insurance is for? I wonder if it would take this long had it happened in Clifton?
