Wet paint on Bench ruined clothes

Mr Parry sat on a public bench in Queens Square which had wet paint on it. The bench had not notices on it warning people not to sit on it. Mr Parry's clothes were damaged. He requests a call back/email back regarding compensation for this matter

I still have not received an address to send my bill to. I have not been compensated. No one has called me or emailed me directly and this matter has not been fixed yet
