The drain by the entrance of Boston Tea Party Cafe is blocked

The drain situated on the corner, by the tree has now been blocked for over 1 month. The water will not drain and has began to build up and smell of rotten old water. Customers have began to complain when sitting outside. This is becoming a hazard for health due. If someone could come and get it resolved that would be great.
