Dangerous pothole in cyclelane near pedestrian crossing. Very nearly caused accident. Caused damage to my bike. Fix urgently.

This pothole has now caused a major bicycle accident on Sunday 14th July 2019. Cyclist went over the handlebars and was knocked unconscious. Suffered two lost teeth and one cracked tooth, Cuts to forehead, chin, mouth, arms and legs. Hairline fracture to one hand and cracked upper jaw. Effect of this has caused Major dental work, plaster cast to one arm causing inability to drive for 6 weeks, and surgery to re-align and re-set jaw with an internal brace for 6 weeks necessitating a liquid diet only for that period.
