Different cars have been regularly using Rosemary Green Park as a car park for over a year now. Plus fly tipping. Friday 7th June saw the corner being used for a car cleaning/ repair business. Vehicles driving up dropped kerbs, between bollards. Not only illegal and inconsiderate but dangerous for pedestrians and leaving cleaning fluids/ repair waste in a PLAYING FIELD USED BY CHILDREN. This corner needs to be bollarded to make it inaccessible to vehicles as a matter of urgency before someone is hurt.
