Self-seeded tree and residents' trees blocking path by school

Cross Walk is a footpath linking Great Hayles Rd to Mile Walk rung alongside Perry Court School. The tree is by the fence of the school and is now seriously hanging over the footpath, obstructing people using / walking their children to school. The whole of Cross Walk needs attention of overgrown weeds requiring to be cut back etc. Tree in garden of no. 5 is also blocking path and contravening deeds of house specifying no structures in front gardens should exceed 3ft. Tree is 8ft +
