Overgrown weeds causing an obstruction

Location : Alleyway that connects Station Rd to Lilstock Road

The attached picture is very helpful in identifying the overgrown weeds that are causing an obstruction to pedestrians who are walking along the alleyway. The picture is dated 2017, yet in all this time, these weeds have not been removed. Can they please be properly removed so that they don't grow back?

No, it's not fixed, and it's been 8 weeks since I frst raised it. Not only that, but someone at the council keeps trying to close the ticiket without any explanation.
