  • This problem was 1st reported 13th June. We are now 18th July and nothing has been done. I reported 28th June and followed up 10th July and today 18th July. Council advise it is The Utility company's responsibility although the they have the power to send an enforcement notice. Council advise they will chase up the officer today. The noise made by traffic clattering the manhole cover throughout the day is noisy and irritating and if you are a resident affected please contact the Council.
