Big lumps of mud in the road

Hi this is now the 2nd time of reporting mud on the road. I have just come down bamfield and hit a big lump of mud that’s come of the lorries coming out of the building site on bamfield lucky it’s not caused any damage but this mud is on the road from the site nearly until the traffic lights at airport road. Why is this not being dealt with?.
