General bits of vegetation shrubs etc. growing up from adopted footpath - normally regularly cleared but hasn't been done since well before Christmas so now so overgrown is blocking footpath for public use

Today I found it very difficult to walk along the pavement along Conham Rd because of the overhanging bushes and brambles. It scratched my face and I had to walk in the road. Please can you make this a higher priority issue to cut back the brambles.
