Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1666691.
There is currently no access for cyclists on the cycle path between Hengrove Way and Gerrard Cl. The issue has been present for 3-4 months now. In previous years, one of the gates was left open to allow access, but this is now locked shut. The kissing gate is too small for an ordinary-sized bike to fit through, and instead cyclists are forced to lift their bikes over one of the barriers.

This is not a Public Right of Way but is adopted highway for which BCC Highway Maintenance Team are responsible. The locked gate should be referred on to them.
