Concrete posts put in the way of turning area and lane

The owner of the garages has put some concrete posts in the ground, currently covered by traffic cones, so that the lane is very tight to use and people can no long turn around in the garage space. This space is used a lot for people unloading into the houses that back onto this lane but this is now not possible. The garages are located off of Petersway Gardens, behind 14 and 15A.
