Build up of rubbish (old bike frame plus discarded dog refuse bags in/around old shopping trolley

This refuse is located at the pedestrian gate giving access for walkers/dog-walkers to the Town Green (i.e. the field between the Metrobus route and the Park and Ride) from Colliters Brook footpath and Silbury Road. It's been there for at least 6 months. The shopping trolley and bike frame were initially dumped there and then dog walkers started leaving their dog refuse bags in and around the trolley. This is obviously a significant health hazard as well as being a disgusting and unsightly mess. Once this has been cleared perhaps the Council could install a dog bin at this location to preclude it becoming a problem again?
