Over grown hedges obstructing traffic lights

The hedges have grown so much that it is very difficult to see the traffic lights until you are right on top of them. Being that this is a busy junction it could easily cause a major accident and unnecessary tickets as there is a camera located at this junction. It is the junction just past imperial park heading down the hartcliffe way.
