Completely faded road markings

Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 11:21, Wednesday 26 June 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

The whole roundabout has faded and is completely illegible and has been made worse by recent bad weather. In particular the section coming from Crowley Way to join the M5 has 5 lanes of traffic with no road markings and often results in vehicles cutting and changing lanes. I have witnessed numerous near misses here. In particular HGVs starting in the second from left lane and cutting across to the left lane in the middle of the roundabout with vehicles in their blind spot. Similarly vehicles in the middle lane veering across the left too early in the middle of the roundabout and not using the filter lane, and vehicles in the second from right lane which should turn right to join the A4 instead swerve to the left and join the motorway. This is very hazardous and needs to be rectified soon to prevent a serious accident. Particularly as vehicles cross the roundabout at higher speeds to join the motorway.
