Hedges of both Nos 4 &6 Filton Avevnue have not been cut for well over a year. It is now almost impossible to walk past. This together with the accumulating household waste in the wheely bins and in black bags in the front garden is now not only dangerous but a health hazard which should be reported to Environmental Health. Both these properties are student lets and the landlord or managing agents are doing nothing to correct the situation. nothing h

It is almost impossible to walk past the properties without becoming entangled in overgrown hedges and subjected to foul smells from food waste etc. This has been becoming steadily worse over the past two years and has been reported during that time. My name is A G Hopton, 49 Court Road, BS7 0BU

When is something going to done about this situation before injury occurs and an insurance claim to the local authority ensues. Yes, I know its probably down to the owner/landlord, but surely legal action can be activated to enforce those responsible to act !!
