Issues for 2 years +. Drains in immediate area of Devonshire Road and including Ladysmith Road blocked. Heavy rain results in torrent down Ladysmith Road into Devonshire Road. This results in flooding from roughly no’s 69 to 85 Devonshire Road. Depth in road 6+ inches, pavement 2+ inches. Photographs taken from number 79. Flooding above pavement and nearly onto raised footpath/garden.

Sorry, forgot to mention that the gutters are obstructed by unpleasantly smelling soil washed down to the lowest areas and not drained away. This is on both sides of the road but more is deposited on the lowest side (the odd numbered side).
