Abandoned bike chained to fence, now being vandalised

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1679281.

A green Carrera bike has been locked to the fence at the end of the lane between the Old Workhouse and Snowberry Walk for a number of weeks, nobody has come to collect it and now it is starting to get vandalised and deliberately moved to obstruct the path.
