Reported in the Street Furniture category anonymously at 10:29, Mon 1 July 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

There has been damage to a pedestrian barrier over the weekend. On e railing has broken away from the post, leaving sharp edges and obstructing the pavement.

This pavement is used by parents at school entry and exit times, many patents have younger children in buggies/pushchairs and would not be able to pass.

  • The measures put in place so far of using cones and temporary barriers are not sufficient. These barriers are regularly pushed or thrown into the road causing further dangers to the vehicles travelling along Ridgeway Road. The barriers are essential to provide safety for pupils and parents travelling to Chester Park Infant School. A date for completing the correct barrier is necessary.
