Highways gullies failing - danger to cyclists
Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 12:02, Mon 1 July 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later
The highway gullies on the eastbound carriageway of the A4 between Broomhill and ironmould lane are failing. The tarmac is depressed around the gullies leading to potholes forming. Currently it is necessary to cycle into the main carriage way to avoid these. These depressions will get worse not better. Can the Highway Inspectors please walk this length of carriageway and take a look at all the gullies. repairs will need to use proper road construction not just a bit of temporary tarmac. Thanks
