Damaged road/parking surface next to the wall near the social houses.

The part of the road used for parking has very damaged concrete. Young children are picking up lumps of concrete and throwing it around. Only a matter of time before someone is injured or property damaged. Please attend and put tar over it, as there should be.

This needs immediate attention, as it's been in this condition for a very long time, due to never having been covered in tarmac.
