Three wheelie bins left permanently on the public pavement blocking access to the post office. Impossible to pass in a wheelchair or with a child's buggy without risking going into the road These are not just out for bin day they have started to be left out permanently

  • There are FOUR bins left out on the pavement now! They are on the public footpath, they do have an allocated alleyway for them tone stored but are not being put away. They always were put away until recently
