Serious health & safety risk from overgrown vegetation blocking visiblity

On the corner of Jubilee Way, opp. Riverford Home Delivery BS11 9HU - A mixture of bushes and trees are overgrown fully over pavement and onto road blocking visibility, knocking against cars and totally blocking the pavement for pedestrians. Big health and safety risk as this road is in constant use by HGV, inc. 44 ton low loader and these vehicles are having to take the corner blind every time.
