Pavement has sunk resulting in an accident

Hello I would like to report at the corner of the RIdge in Shirehampton that the pavement that meets the road has sunk which has resulted in my 88 year old grandmother who was crossing the road with her shopping Walker. Her wheel got caught in the sunken part of the pavement/road and she subsequently fell onto the road resulting in her being taken by ambulance to the hospital. Luckily she did not have any lasting injuries but her leg was quite badly bruised and very shaken up. I have attached images of the location of the incident and showing the hole where her wheel got caught. I would appreciate it if you could please confirm that you have received this message and any steps that are being taken to resolve the issue. I look forward to hearing from you.
