Dangerous/unlicensed skip placement

There have been a number of skips placed on the highway at the top of stanley hill over the past few months in a dangerous and inconsiderate fashion on this steep hill. there are no warning lights or skip permits attached to them and building materials overspilling.

These skips are still being placed on the highway. having phoned BCC there is most definately no skip licenses in place so are being placed illegally. will enforcement action be taken, as this is a highly inappropriate and unsafe place for them to be positioned, particularly without the correct permissions
