Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

Two potholes at the junction of Redcatch Road and Broad Walk Shopping Centre car park. My wife fell on one of these potholes last week smashing her face on the road surface and smashing a front tooth out. Being a pensioner this cause great distress and is now under dental treatment, rectify this injury. Kindly forward a compensation form to help with the cost of her treatment.
