12 large potholes in school access road

Despite sending e-mails this has not been fixed for over a year. Fist there was a dispute over the ownership which was resolved in the council admitting to owning the road. During the day this is the only access to the school. We have parents who need wheelchair access and this is now getting very dangerous. Please fix as soon as possible before anyone gets hurt.
