As above. Whilst descending the steps to cross this bridge from the York Road side, on the left as you've crossed, you get hit in the face with branches. I am registered blind and was unable to avoid getting a branch in the face causing minor scratches but luckily just missing my left eye. At peak times it's difficult finding room to stand elsewhere to avoid this. The approach along the pavement towards these steps is also fairly impeded. I'm sure this is inconveniencing other pedestrians too. You can't pass along the pavement here without manually holding the branches back. I think they are budlier if that helps.
