20mph zone needs to be painted on highway
Reported in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 14:30, Mon 15 July 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1696813.
Currently on a lamp post no.4. Small 20mph signage is missed/ignored by drivers coming down the hill from Chock Lane. At the bottom of the steep hill drivers put their foot down. It's close to a school. Can 20mph be painted on the highway?

There is more than enough paint on the roads around here and it's quite evident from the current signage what the speed limits are. There is absolutely no need to waste more tax payers money or create more visual pollution in this conservation area.
