As far as I know this is a public pathway buts now impassable due to overgrowing shrubbery from neighboring house.

A Pensioner of 84 caught his arm on brabbles today , children use this lane to get to school, if this problems not fixed by the end of the week I will get a contractor in and sent accounts at the council the bill, it a disgrace, not like it in Clifton? we pay are taxes as well you know.

Why don't the council cut the hedges and send the householder the bill as its there reasonability, its not right that a public right of is blocked like this, someone needs to be held responsible,
