Hedge is encroaching on pavement
Reported in the Obstruction category by Jon Rogers at 18:23, Tue 16 July 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1698725.
Towards top of St Andrews Road. Blocking pavement again. Happens every year forcing people into road on blind bend below “dangerous hill” as it is called. I think the hedge is owned by BCC housing at back of ?125 Cromwell Road.
