A row of temporary toilets have been placed directly next to the cyclepath with their doors opening right across the path, very dangerous to cyclist and pedestrians. Shouldn't a Risk Assessment have been carried out?

Sent to Bristol City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1701664.
Toilets right next to cyclepath, pedestrians will have to cross path to get to them and then open the doors onto oncoming cyclist, very dangerous and ill thought out, they need to be moved before there is an accident!
