Hedging and trees in the garden of 2 stadium road are obstructing the pavement on stadium Road and Phoenix grove. When cars are parked half on the pavement it makes it impossible to pass, and you either have to cross the road or walk in the road to go around it. When windy, a lot of debris litters the pavement as well.
