I had to pay £230 for a new tyre as the rock punctured it, i think the root from the tree is lifting the soil and it is becoming unsafe.

Can someone action this, 'customer follow up' isnt going to solve the issue? This road needs attention, to state the obvious; its a hill, it needs more maintainence than other roads!! When is it going to be investigated?
