Unsafe I think especially when covered in leaf litter concealing hazard section of prow/ cycletrack to cyclist who may find front wheel deflected or joggers ankle twisted seems to have stabilised/ All rain/surface water from station rd reaching this section, used to flow over the edge of path under the allotment railings before ever reaching the near gulley cover (not bad I suppose) , and now flows down the cracks. Been there a few months, I witnessed a cyclist colliding with the railings after trying to cross the cracks, but she said she was uninjured , to be fair I don't think the handlebars were tightened enough prior, I tightened them after and advised getting bike checked out by any cycleshop etc asap.
