Incomplete job

Reported via Android in the Street Furniture category by Andrew Brown at 09:38, Thursday 25 July 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

Two plastic barriers have been there since the new bollard was put in position some weeks ago , although the job looks incomplete as there are no "stoppers" on the side where the railings stop.

Railings both sides could do with a paint job, too.
