The marker on thre map should be to the east in North Road. Since I posted the report, the footway has been dug up again to lay underground services and a manhole cover has been installed but proper surface of the North Road footway has still not been restored and the highway is also obstructed by fencing that seems to serve no useful purpose but forces pedestrians into the path of uncoming traffic whenever the footway is completely closed by the builders. They are also flytipping used cable ties onto the foootway and into the street.
