This hedge is again blocking the pavement for pedestrians and especially for people in wheelchairs. Please instruct the home owner to cut the hedge back to the back of pavement line as this is a frequent problem and the hedge is not maintained regularly.

  • This hedge has now been cut back though not to back of pavement line. This means that any new growth will reduce the usable width of the pavement. It is essential therefore that regular maintenance is provided to ensure that pedestrians are not obstructed.
