Street lights not working

3 street lights in lion close lockleaze bs7 9xy are not working.the first one is long side no.23 Stothard back garden leading in to Lion Close.the second one is on the left side once you come in to lion close. the third one is outside bungalow no.3 lion close.I have reported these faulty lights 3 times in the past year to get up dates saying they have been fixed.They have not been fixed.
